BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

As a Clinical BCBA you will be responsible for providing assessment and developing appropriate programs and behavior plans.

You will work closely with our Clinical Director to determine goals for each patient and to supervise plan implementation.

You will provide services both in person and via Telehealth depending on the need.

Clinical BCBA’s duties include continuous monitoring of their teams and each patient’s progress in order to provide the most relevant programming.

Requirements:

  • BCBA in good standing
  • Able to become Licensed Behavior Analyst in Tennessee
  • Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education (Behavior Analysis preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent time management skills, and effective communicator.
  • Exhibit a professional and responsible work ethic.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to perform physical activity related to effective treatment
  • Pass criminal background check
