Requirements:
- Registered Behavior Technician certification (will train qualified candidates)
- High School Diploma or equivalent, current college student or Bachelors degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
- Exhibit a professional and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical activity related to effective treatment
- Pass a criminal background check
Job Description:
- Behavior Technicians work 1:1 with children with autism in clinic, home, community and/or school environments.
- Technicians are responsible for engaging the child and implementing ABA techniques throughout their therapy sessions by providing discrete trial training, incidental learning opportunities, teaching appropriate functional play and social skills, and providing reinforcement.
Part time and Full time positions available. Schedules are flexible based on the individual needs of each family. Upon hiring, employees will be provided RBT training, as well as ongoing training and supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ®. Compensation is dependent on experience.
